Mobius Motors was founded in 2009 by British entrepreneur Joel Jackson – who settled in Kilifi, Mombasa and now Nairobi – to address the rough terrain and long distances market, especially in rural Kenya.

The Mobius II generation, which comes in three models, is expected to hit the road early next year with its most expensive unit (Mobius Adventure Plus) retailing at Sh. 1.58 million, inclusive of tax.

  1. This is clearly a test mule; Any motor enthusiast would know this. Perhaps research into the automotive build process would enlighten the author more on the stages from concept to final build?

    • I am not really a motor enthusiast, but I thought so. It could have been on transit somewhere or out on a test drive for all we know. It definitely cannot be an end product.

  2. Baraza knows nothing. All vehicles enthusiasts knows that what you’ve seen is called a”Development mule”. Maybe I would advice him to ask the experts.
