The new fuel prices for Nairobi, Mombasa, Garissa, other towns

The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) has announced new fuel prices. Under the new prices, generally, super petrol has gone down by Sh  1 to Sh. 192.84. Diesel has reduced by Sh. 1.20 to Sh. 179.18 while Kerosene has gone down by Sh. 1.30 to Sh. 168.76.

These prices will take effect in Nairobi starting midnight on May 15 and will last until June 14.

The prices of fuel in various other town have also gone down. In Mombasa, new fuel prices are the cheapest at Sh. 186.66 per litre of super petrol.

A litre of diesel in the town will sell at 176.01 while a litre of kerosene will now go for 165.69.

In Mandera, a litre of petrol will now sell at Sh. 206.84. A litre of diesel will go for Sh. 193.18 and a litre of kerosene will sell at Sh. 182.76.

In Garissa town, a litre of super petrol will be sold at Sh. 197.31. A litre of kerosene will go for Sh. 173.22 while a litre of diesel will sell at Sh. 183.66.

In Kisumu, a litre of super petrol will be sold at Sh. 192.66, a litre of diesel at Sh. 179.39 and a litre of kerosene at 169.01.

In Nakuru, a litre of petrol will sell at Sh. 191.90. A litre of diesel will sell at Sh. 178.62 while a litre of kerosene will sell at Sh. 168.26.

In Eldoret, the new fuel prices will see motorists pay Sh. 192.67 for a litre of super petrol. A litre of diesel will go for Sh. 179.39 while a litre of kerosene will go for Sh. 169.02.
