Many motor vehicles owners and transport players do not know how they can reach the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) or where their offices are situated.
Here is a list of NTSA offices in Kenya:

For a start, you can visit any of their offices at the following areas:
- NTSA Mombasa is located at Imaara building, 1st Floor, on Dedan Kimathi Avenue opposite Pandya Memorial Hospital.
- NTSA Machakos is at Naivas Building, KRA offices, 3rd Floor.
- NTSA Eldoret is at Motor Vehicle Inspection Centre along Police Line Road.
- NTSA office Embu is at Mugo House, Ground Floor.
- NTSA Kisumu office at Swan Centre, 1st floor
- NTSA Thika office is located at Thika House building, the 1st roundabout to Thika from blue Post Hotel, Nkuruma street
- NTSA Kakamega office is at Posta, KRA offices
- NTSA Meru office is found at Angaine Plaza
- Embu Mugo House, Ground Floor
- NTSA Kericho office is located at Kericho County Commissioner’s compound, NTSA MVI Centre
- NTSA Nyeri office is at Nyeri Regional Commissioners complex Nyeri, block C, third floor, Opposite the Nyeri Law Courts.

- NTSA Voi office is at Porters House, KRA Offices 1st Floor NTSA office Garissa is at KRA Offices, 1st Floor

You can also send a letter and address it to National Transport and Safety Authority Hill Park Building, Upper Hill P.O Box 3602 -00506, Nairobi.
Their offices in Upper Hill and other regions in Kenya are usually open from 8 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday. The offices are closed during public holidays and on Sundays.

you have the worst customer service structure in place, even your staff at the regional office i would give them 2 in a scale of 10. Very arrogant,lazy, ignorant and offer poor customer service. you should have a senior officer inspect this offices for better service.

i was given an appointment to process the smart DL at likoni, only to be told that nothing like that exists there and therefore to join the almost 300 people queue of all the services given there…such a waste of time and since my appointment was at 2pm, of course i wouldn’t have been reached by close of business. why the booking in the first place and why not honor the same?
I enrolled in a Driving school, and did test and passed. I was given an interim. I when I login in my ecitizen, I see all this details but when I login to my TIMS account, the information is not there. Please advise me accordingly

I enrolled in a driving school,did the test and passed. I login in my TIMS ACCOUNT see the interim and paid for it for the required amount sh.750 through M-PESA using this account number (MWKCAPE) at around 12:41 P.m. The process was successful but the interim status its still say UNPAID….Kindly help me so that i know what i should do because i was told that you must have the interim first for you to apply for the Driving licence (DL) ……help to get the interim because i had alreday pay for it
