NYS announces mass recruitment of graduates to work in Saudi Arabia

The National Youth Service (NYS) has announced 410 job opportunities for qualified graduates to work in Saudi Arabia.

In a notice on Monday, December 15, NYS invited qualified male candidates to apply to fill the positions in various sectors.

“Our client, a reputable company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a strong footprint across industrial operations, retail operations and logistics services, is seeking to recruit qualified NYS graduates for the positions listed below,” the notice reads.

The opportunities include 150 forklift operator positions and 100 warehouse pickers with monthly salaries ranging from 1,450-1,800 SAR (Sh49,800-Sh61,830).

NYS is also seeking to recruit 160 fisheries sales associates who will earn between 1,600 and 1,800 SAR (Sh54,960 to Sh61,830).

Requirements

Forklift operators must hold an artisan course in plant operations, a valid certification, and at least one year of practical experience.

Pickers should have warehouse or logistics experience, good English communication skills, and adherence to safety protocols.

Fisheries sales associates are required to have diplomas in food science or related courses, experience in seafood handling, and the ability to work in cold environments.

Successful applicants will receive two-year contracts, renewable upon mutual agreement alongside round-trip air tickets.

The employer will provide visas, resident permits, accommodation, transport, food allowance, medical insurance, uniforms, and training.

Employees will work eight hours per day, six days a week, and will be entitled to 30 days of annual leave, overtime, and other benefits in line with Saudi labour laws.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for practical tests and interviews at the NYS Nairobi Holding Unit on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
