An internal communication sent by Vivo Energy CEO Christian Chammas, the company’s head announced Omar Benson as Igathe’s replacement in an acting capacity.

“We thank Polycarp for his contribution to Vivo Energy and wish him the very best for the future,” Chammas said.

Igathe has since 2017 jumped from the corporate world to politics and back to the corporate world, each time appearing to get a better job than his previous one.

During his first stint at Equity Bank, Igathe served as the bank’s managing director. He had been at Equity for eight months only. Polycarp Igathe Equity Bank.
