Radio Africa CEO Patrick Quarcoo retires after 24 years

Radio Africa’s chief executive officer Patrick Quarcoo has retired from the media house after 24 years of service.

The Radio Africa CEO who was the founding chief of the media house will be replaced by Martin Khafafa on an interim basis.

“His contributions have laid a strong foundation for our future. As we embark on this new chapter, we aim to leverage our digital platforms more aggressively and ensure sustainable growth and continue to deliver value for our advertising partners,” said Radio Africa Group Chair of the Board Kiprono Kittony.

Kittony stated that Quarcoo had been instrumental in the establishment of the company’s six radio stations, the Star newspaper,  and various digital assets including MPasho.
