This impactful partnership, valued at Sh200,000, is set to span four months, ensuring that these children receive the nourishment they need to thrive both physically and academically.

This collaboration, formalized through a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Rockey Africa and Jewell Souls Foundation, highlights a mutual dedication to addressing the urgent issue of child hunger. Carol Ndung’u, Director of Jewell Souls Foundation, spoke passionately about the initiative during the official handover ceremony: “When we say food is a basic need, most people just hear it in passing. For these children, however, this food is the motivation behind them staying focused in school and the only thing keeping them away from the streets fending for themselves.” He commended the enterprise that provides everyday solutions to government and NGOs.

Recognizing his potential, the well-known supply chain company provided him with essential electronic equipment to further his studies and help him achieve his dream of becoming an electrician. Laurence’s innovative spirit was evident when he showcased a Bluetooth speaker he built from scratch during the company’s initial visit, showcasing his passion for technology.
