A Kenyan woman living and working in Saudi Arabia has come out to accuse her mother of misappropriating funds that she has been sending her. The money was intended to build a house.
The lady who requested anonymity sent a message to Facebook influencer, Simon Cool, as she sought advice from Kenyans.
According to the woman, her mother had requested that she (her daughter) be sending money so that she could afford to build herself a good house. The mother also stays with her daughter’s 10-year-old son.
But instead, the mother was busy taking pictures of other people’s houses that are still under construction on a daily basis and sending the pictures to her daughter who has labored hard for money in the Middle East.
“I lost my money through my mother. She told me to buy a plot and build her a permanent house. I started sending her money from then,” she recalls.
The fooling ploy had worked perfectly on her daughter who was on a different continent, but the truth always comes out. When the woman realized that her mother had been lying about the house being under construction, she reckons that her mother was utterly remorseless.

“When I asked her she told me to take my son and go with them to Saudi. What should I do? I don’t think I will ever forgive her but she is the one staying with the 10-year-old,” she says.
Many Kenyans gave their different advice, but they were all in harmony that her mother was in the wrong.
One netizen said, “How much have you paid her for bringing you up? And have you tried to inquire her what transpired and how she spent the money?”
Another said, “You did your part as a daughter. Focus on your life now.”
