T- Kash is a Mobile Financial Service that offers a wide range of cross-functional solutions both for consumer and enterprise markets.
T-Kash makes it easy for Telkom customers to:
- Send money to a mobile wallet within the Telkom network
- Send money to an MPESA wallet or to a bank account,
- Buy airtime and data bundles for their own Telkom line or for another Telkom customer.
- Deposit money to a customer wallet through an authorized T- Kash Agent.
- Withdraw money from any authorized T- Kash Agent.
- Paying utility bills and paying for goods and services at T- Kash registered merchants.

This service is available for both prepaid and postpaid customers. You can transact on T-Kash via three channels which are SIM Tool Kit Menu, USSD (*160#), as well as the T- Kash App.
To send money to another mobile number, take the following steps:
- Go to your T- Kash menu.
- Select “Send Money.”
- Select “To Mobile.”
- Enter Phone Number.
- Enter Amount.
- Enter T- Kash PIN.
After completing the transfer, you will receive a confirmation message from T-kash.
How to Share Your Telkom Data, Minutes, Voice and SMSs With Friends
In 2021, T-Kash was integrated into the government digital services platform, eCitizen, enabling T-kash customers to pay for National and County Government Services on the Portal.
T-Kash customers can also make digital payments for services offered by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA), Directorate of Criminal Investigations, Business Registration Service, and Immigration Services.
In the event you lose your device, there is nothing to worry about, as your money is safe. No one can access your account unless they know your T- Kash PIN. Your T- Kash account will be available to you once you replace your SIM card.
T-Kash can be used anywhere, at whatever time, on whatever device, as long as there’s an internet connection. Registration is free of charge.
