I didn’t even manage to finish my sentence, before he got distracted because there was something wrong with his earpiece, and so we went to fix it.

He later returned and told me that the US rules are really strict and I did ‘t qualify for a visa at that moment .. Then I was handed the denial Pink Slip.

James Sang: I moved to US on visit visa, refused to return to Kenya, got green card

Considering I am married, I have a child, a good job and salary and property, I thought I had enough ties but wapi and honestly my plan was actually to visit and come back in less than a month as I had an invite from my Aunt.

My question is; was there anything wrong with my answers so that I do it different next time because I was honest and I plan to try again in about 2 years or should I just say it’s because they are denying people visas currently?”
