Cytonn Real Estate has launched an innovative payment plan for all it projects and currently for the for The Alma, its aspirational apartment community development in Ruaka.
The new plan will see home buyers pay zero per cent down payment in the ten-year payment plan.
According to the real estate firm, this new payment plan is targeted at enhancing ownership and affordability for both prospective home owners and real estate investors who may not be able to afford the monthly payments over a 3-year construction period.
The plan dubbed ‘0% Down & 10-Year Payment’ starts at Ksh. 90,400 per month for 1-bedroom apartments.
The Alma is a comprehensive residential development set on a 4.18-acre parcel of land encompassing 408 modern apartments and other intriguing amenities with impeccable finishing.
It is located in Ruaka and is only a 30-minute drive from the Nairobi CBD.
