Withdrawing MPesa from ATM: MPesa outlets are some of the busiest enterprises in Kenya. In any given day, millions of Kenyans are looking to deposit and withdraw money from MPesa. This means that some of these outlets will not only be busy but also scarce.

What many people do not know, though, is that they an easily and speedily withdraw money from MPesa at any of the Cooperative Bank 586 automated teller machines (ATMs). “In a bid to offer our customers added convenience in accessing their money, we have introduced a useful feature on our ATMs that allows Kenyans to withdraw money from the ATM,” says Coop Bank in a statement.

To make the withdrawal, you may follow the following steps:

Withdrawing MPesa from ATM:

On your Phone:

1. Go to M-Pesa
2. Select WITHDRAW CASH
3. Select FROM ATM
4. Enter Agent No 472472
5. Enter M-Pesa PIN

You will get a six-digit code that is valid for 4 minutes.

At the ATM:

1. Select M-PESA WITHDRAWAL
2. Enter Phone Number
3. Enter Amount
4. Enter the 6 digit code

You will get your money immediately.

Co-op Bank scraps balance enquiry charges

Interestingly, MPesa services are not the only services you an get. Neither are ATM services limited to bank customers. “Our ATMs are spread out across the country offering banking convenience to our customers, SACCOLINK customers and Kenswitch customers,” says Coop Bank in a statement.
