a) Confirm your registration status by dialing *106#
b) Follow the prompts to check on your SiM Card registration status;
c) If you establish that your Sim Card is not registered please follow the prompts or visit Telkom shops or agents
d) At the shop or agent, you will find our team that will be happy to assist you;
