Renault Kenya has introduced a new low-fuel consumption van that offers buyers rear space for cargo weighing up to 800 kilogrammes.

Brand manager Jonathan Dos Santos said Kangoo was designed to serve the tech-savvy motorist who requires on-the-go solutions as it has multimedia connectivity and Bluetooth capabilities, while providing space for heavy duty purposes and a fold-down passenger seat.
“It is also designed with a flat floor that helps in carrying long loads as well as an innovative sliding roof trap to enable tall and bulky items to be carried.

Renault Kenya, which was formed after Simba Corporation partnered with Salvador Caetano Group, described the van as a multipurpose vehicle that could be used as a delivery means, ambulance, refrigerated van, call-out-vehicle and pick-up.
Simba Corporation Chief Commercial Officer Paul Chaggar said the van also enables motorists to save money as it consumes less fuel.
