Chase Bank depositors can now breathe easy as the bank is set to resume normal operations today. This follows a three week agonizing period during which Chase Bank has been closed and under receivership.
The bank will reopen doors in all 62 branches and services such as the online and mobile banking will be available unlocking salaries, savings and cash for more than 16,000 account holders. Already, KCB has dispatched at least 63 managers to man all Chase Bank branches.
“Deposits in excess of Sh1 million will be made available in a structured manner, details of which will be released in the near future,” said CBK.
