In a heartwarming and remarkable tale, a young boy has captured the hearts of many by displaying a strong conviction to get through with his education.
The student who hails from a humble family, took his chances and soldierly marched to Kabarnet High School to get an admission slot. He was dressed up in his primary school uniform, armed with only his acceptance letter and zero school fees.
Confidently, he entered the school premises and approached the school principal, Mr Julius Ndirangu to make his case known.
The principal, moved by the student’s plea and impressive determination, decided to grant him a full scholarship for his secondary school education.
Photographs of the young boy, which were posted on Facebook, quickly gained widespread attention.
