Caroline Kangogo Latest: Caroline Kangogo, the police woman accused of murdering two men, continues to evade detectives. Reports say that Caroline was traced at Drive Inn near Mathare slums where detectives laid traps to nab her in vain.
They then tried to lay another trap for her at Kahawa Wendani but Kangogo managed to evade the authorities. The detectives say after committing her latest murder in Juja, Caroline withdrew Sh. 40,000 from a bank in Juja, Kiambu County. It is this money that she has been using to facilitate her travels across the counties, book hotels and purchase supplies. It is however not clear how she has been managing to run her activities in broad daylight and still evade authorities.

Detectives investigating the matter also say that they suspect Caroline might have killed Peter Ndwiga after a deal gone sour. Apparently, Ndwiga had sold Caroline a car through dubious means. She demanded for a refund which Ndwiga declined to give leading to his murder.
“We suspect that Kangogo may have demanded the money back but was ignored. It is a theory we are pursuing. We have factual leads. We are leaving nothing to chance. We have made good progress and I thank the DCI headquarters for their support and soon we shall make a breakthrough,” Juja DCIO boss Richard Mwaura said. Caroline Kangogo Latest.
