CBK announces available jobs for 6 high paying positions. See requirements and qualifications to apply

CBK announces available jobs: The Central Bank of Kenya on Friday announced job openings for 6 positions.

The available positions advertised are Assistant financial officers, Bank supervision Analysts, IT Audit Associates, Assurance Associates and Banking and Payment Service Analysts.

The CBK has listed that all applications for any of the above fields should be channeled to their e-recruitment portal provided by the firm’s recruitment agency, Deloitte Kenya. The deadline for applications is October 14th, 2022. All positions to be applied for require applicants to have at least 2 years of work experience in the respective fields at a reputable service company.

Academic Requirements

Assistant Financial Officers and Assurance Associates, are required to have a bachelor’s degree in either Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance or any related subject from a reputable institution. They must also have professional accounting qualifications in CPA or ACCA.

Bank Supervision Analysts are to have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Accounting, Business or any related field. They must hold a professional qualification as either a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Ethical Hacker or any other relevant qualification

IT Audit Associates prospective applicants should have a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Accounting or Business. They should also be a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Banking and Payment Service Analysts are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Social studies, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or Law.
