Being a huge voice in on Kenya’s digital space, his firing sent Kenyans on social media into a spin, with both negative and positive reactions. Lawyer Donald Kipkorir was among the first to rub it in on Itumbi. He commented:

“Dennis Itumbi, Kenya’s Digital Terrorist fired on his Birthday … Happy Birthday Itumbi …. You engendered Fake News in Kenya. Distorted the Truth. Your flying to the sun has ended! Being an errand boy made you think you are part of the System! Fare Thee Well!”

On his Twitter profile, Itumbi has been identifying himself by his State House tittle, but changed this to a ‘Pig Farmer’ on Wednesday night following the sack. Dennis Itumbi News.
