How different Is The Two Rivers Mall? See its five Unique Features.

Two Rivers Mall

The Two Rivers Mall is not only the biggest mall in sub saharan Africa but also from my first trip I discovered it will be the most friendly and unique feature. Positioned just in the middle of Runda , Ruaka and Rosslyn the Two Rivers Mall project sits on a Mega 110 acres with the mall itself taking up just 11 acres. Here are the five Unique Features that you will only find at the Two Rivers Mall in the entire East and Central Africa.

  1. Independent Mall: The Two Rivers Mall has shown absolute strength and independence from the rest of the city with an aim of it being a city of its own. The Two Rivers Mall has finished many projects including proper road networks where they have constructed their own roads to avoid their clients getting stuck in traffic. This is evidenced by the by pass it constructed along Ruaka road where people going to the Two Rivers Mall and to Ruaka all use different route in an attempt to curb traffic jam.

The Two Rivers Mall is so independent  to a level that it supplies its own electricity. Powered by Two Rivers Energy Plant that generates 2 Mega Watts the Two Rivers Mall has its roof covered with hundreds of solar panels that back up the load needed at the Mall. The Two Rivers Mall water is also supplied by the Two Rivers Water Supply Project. How more independent can a mall get?

2. Green Mall: The Two Rivers Mall is much a green and environment friendly mall that is not only between two rivers but also covered with enough trees. In addition to the already existing green cover and rivers the Two Rivers Mall has planted more trees more than any other mall not only to beautify the mall but also to protect the environment from excessive pollution. The Two Rivers Mall has also designed its own river dam the keep the place cool.

3. The Chris Kirubi Square: In many malls you will find cyclists, pedestrians and those in cars competing for the roads towards the main entrance to the mall. this wont be the case with the Two Rivers Mall as it has been designed to accommodate entrance of all users with out collision. The Chris Kirubi Square is made up of a magical walk over to the entrance of the mall as Car users are below the walk over so no collision and eliminated accident possibilities. The Chris Kirubi Square was named after one of Kenya’s wealthiest men and majority share holder in Centum because it was totally his idea to separate pedestrians entrance walk way from car users.  The square is is blessed with a magical dome that illuminates with brilliant colours later in the night.

4. Two Rivers Mall Fountain: This is the only choreographed  Fountain in the country. “We  want  people to love this magical country and believe in it. That is why we have designed the Two Rivers Mall to be the major shopping destination in Africa. You will no longer be required to go to Dhubai and Europe to do your shopping since we have brought all you see in Dhubai here to Kenya because we believe in our country ” Said Chris Kirubi. The Two Rivers Mall fountain is so exciting as the fountain plays exactly to the tune of the music being played in the background.

5. More Jobs To be created: I look at a mall that is not only improving our shopping experience but also create more jobs. Because of its size the Two Rivers Mall has already been occupied by four major super markets, Cafe shops, bars, restaurants, Kids play areas, cosmetic shops, pharmacies and many more stores that employ hundreds of people each. Jobs in Two Rivers Mall will cut across from cleaning jobs, Security, Business management, Medicine jobs. We project two rivers mall employing more people than The  Junction, Village Market and Garden City all combined.
