KCB restructures management after top managers leave

Co-Op post

KCB Management: Kenya Commercial Bank has restructured its top management for the first time since 2011. The restructuring has seen some top executives leave the bank with new managers taking top plum positions. Among those who have left include Apollo Ongara who was the director of credit, Judith Sidi Odhiambo who was the head of corporate and regulatory affairs, Joseph Kania who was the company secretary, and Jane Mwangi who was the managing director of KCB Foundation.

The four are said to have left to pursue other interests. However, Judith Sidi is still the head of corporate affairs at the bank.

“Judith, however, is still serving as group head of corporate affairs, with the changes which are expected to see a new merged function under group director marketing, corporate affairs and citizenship, a C-suite role,”

KCB said in a statement.
