KMTC announces 1700 nursing jobs in Saudi Arabia; How to apply

The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) has welcomed graduates to apply for 1700 nursing job openings in Saudi Arabia.

According to the advertisement on the National Employment Authority Integrated Management System (NEAIMS), there are 1000 nursing jobs, 500 positions for Personal Assistants/Health Care Assistants, and 200 nursing and midwifery openings for graduates.

Successful applicants will be employed on a contract basis, earning salaries of up to Sh195,000, depending on the position.

Those interested in serving as Health Care assistants are required to have a Certificate in Care Giving, a Certificate in Community Health Nursing, or an Enrolled Community Nursing certificate.

Female candidates between the ages of 22 and 35 will be given consideration for the two-year contract openings and will take home salaries of 2000 Saudi Riyals (Ksh91,371).

Nurses are, on the other hand, required to have recently graduated with a diploma in nursing. The two-year contract jobs will pay 3000 Saudi Riyals per month (Ksh124,596).

Other benefits include meal allowances of 300 Saudi Riyals and a promise that more experienced nurses will be considered for higher pay.

The application period will also close on June 30, 2024.

The National Employment Authority has also listed 200 one-year contract nursing and midwifery jobs with salaries of 4,700 Saudi Riyals (Ksh195,197) per month.
