The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has explained how 2023 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) students facing challenges accessing the application portal can get help.

The placement body admitted that many students were experiencing challenges accessing the portal, noting this was due to high traffic.

“We apologise for the inconvenience. The KUCCPS portal is open for application. We are experiencing high traffic but we encourage you to continue checking,” KUCCPS advised.

KUCCPS advised learners facing challenges making their application to continue trying until they succeed.
