Lolani Kalu gets multiple job offers, says ready for comeback

Lolani Kalu Job Offers: Troubled former NTV journalist Lolani Kalu is set to bounce back after Kenyans came to his aid. The former journalist has revealed that he has received multiple job offers and donations that will enable him to get back on his feet.

By Thursday, Lolani had received seven job offers. He had also received a Macbook laptop and a video camera which he had requested as tools of trade that would enable to start earning again.

“Now that I have the equipment, I will be going round the country telling stories and helping impact peoples’ lives in the same way they have impacted mine. We will start with Kwale County. I don’t take it for granted that people have shared what they have with me, despite the cash crunch brought by the slowed economic growth. I thank everyone who sent Sh. 50, or as much as Sh. 100,000,” he said.

Health ministry bought basin at Sh. 108,000, kettle at Sh. 1.2 million

He said that he would soon start recording and airing his trademark lifestyle shows. “We will continue accepting donations because we will incur expenses on the new show. I want to make a difference using my talent,” he says.

On Wednesday, reports said that he had been hired as a brand ambassador for Abson Motors which is based in Mombasa.
