Raila’s diehard supporter, Nuru Okanga, has enrolled in Form One at Saint Aquinas Ebuchinga day school. The man, who considers himself a political disciple of Raila, enrolled himself to the school.
This follows after he sat his KCPE in October 2023. While the political leader did not disclose the specific results from the national exams, Azimio leader Raila Odinga honored his loyal supporter with an award.
Nuru Okanga decided to return to school since he lacks the minimum academic requirements required to run for a political seat. Despite this, he recognizes his ambition to serve the people. As the common empowerment saying goes, ‘Education is Key.’
Nuru Okanga posted images of himself dressed in a high school uniform; a black tie, a light brown sweater, and a white shirt. He was also carrying a bag on his back.
“God of Okanga has done it again,” he enthusiastically captioned his post.
The news of his return to school had positive reactions from most social media users, with many congratulatory and praise messages. However, there were also some who couldn’t resist making taunts.

In a YouTube video, Nuru Okanga revealed that he opted for a day school because he has responsibilities as the head of the household.
“I decided to go to a day school because I have responsibilities to my family and I didn’t want to miss any of them.”
