Neno Evangelism Church founder, Pastor Ng’anga is one of the most prominent yet controversial pastors in Kenya.
He is liked and disliked in equal measure across the country. This is mostly due to his theatrics inside and outside the church.
Pastor Ng’anga is fond of public self-praises. He states that he is a rich man and he didn’t need to collect offerings and tithes from his congregants to amass wealth.
Ng’anga claims to have made his fortune in his early youthful days before he became a preacher.
In an interview with radio journalist Massawe Japanni, Pastor Ng’anga said he chose to use what he had to help the less fortunate instead of stealing.
“You need to know one thing, I do not preach because of Sadaka. Understand I am a rich preacher,” he went on.

1. Neno Evangelism Ministry.
Pastor Ng’anga is famed for being the founder of Neno Evangelism. He started the Ministry in 1992 at 36 years of age while serving as a preacher in Mombasa.
He moved to Nairobi from Mombasa with the motive of spreading the gospel. In 2005, Pastor Ng’anga constructed his church along Haile Selassie avenue next to Kenya Railways.
Pastor Ng’anga’s church sits on land that has been disputed between him and Kenya Railways for years. The latter claims that the land was fraudulently obtained and demands the cleric produce proof of ownership.
Ng’anga on the other hand, says he bought the land from the Central Bank of Kenya after its previous owner defaulted on a loan.
2. Sunny Hill Hotel
Sunny Hill Hotel is a four-star hotel located in Naivasha. Verified reports indicate that the hotel is owned by Pastor Ng’anga.
Sunny Hill Hotel was launched in 2016 along the Nairobi-Nakuru highway. It boasts numerous hotel suites, a swimming pool, an open playground, an executive bar and ample parking space.
3. Kajiado Mansion and Farm
Local radio station, Classic 105 reported Pastor Ng’anga resided at his Kajiado mansion during the Covid-19 pandemic period.
He also owns a big farm in Kajiado named, Jerusalem City of Kenya. According to the pastor, when he is not preaching the word of God, he is spending time at the farm.
His farm is vast and full of thriving crops such as tomatoes and vegetables.
As seen on a Facebook video by Ng’anga’s Sasa TV, the clergyman showcased his bountiful harvest of ripe tomatoes. He also thanked his farm hands for doing such an amazing job.
He also showed his followers sukuma wiki and spinach that were seemingly green and healthy. He has installed drip irrigation around the farm to ensure the crops are watered.
Within JCK farm, he also has a greenhouse where he has planted a variety of crops.

4. Car-selling business
Pastor Ng’anga revealed that he is also into the business of selling second-hand vehicles imported from foreign countries.
He states that the proceeds from the car business helped him lay a strong foundation for Neno Evangelism Centre.
The controversial preacher owns a fleet of stylish vehicles. They include a Sh. 8 million Range Rover, Mercedes E200, Toyota Harrier and a Toyota Land Cruiser.
Recently, Pastor Ng’anga bought his congregants a futuristic bus. He showcased the luxury vehicle in a video shared by his church’s social media channels.
The bus flaunts reclinable seats, a giant TV within the bus and a clean toilet inside it.
5. Expensive Karen Mansion
The clergyman owns a posh house in the leafy suburbs of Karen. The house is a seven-bedroom mansion.
Despite flaunting his home, Pastor Ng’anga was charged with Sh. 3.6 million for absconding from his rent duties.
