However, some salient differences make it a superior product. Customers earn 1 point for every Sh. 1 spent on calls, SMS, and data. Ziada points can be redeemed for airtime, freedom data bundles, and mobile phone handsets.
How do you redeem Telkom Ziada Points?
To redeem your points on Telkom Ziada, follow these steps:
- Customers must dial *126# (Much like Safaricom’s Bonga Points USSD)
- Select an option;
- Get Freedom Data Bundle
- Get Free Airtime (Across Networks)
- Device redemption.
- Choose the item you want to redeem.
- Telkom will give you a confirmation message that you have successfully redeemed items using Ziada.
When redeeming Ziada points for data and phone calls, note when the minutes and bundles will expire.

1. Internet Bundles
Once you have attained enough Ziada Points, you can redeem them for Telkom Data Bundles.
Here are some of the bundles you can redeem:
- Freedom Daily 2GB for 1649 points
- Freedom Weekly 2GB for 4149 points
- Freedom Monthly 4GB for 8299 points
2. Telkom Airtime
Customers with enough Ziada points can redeem them for more talk time
These are the options you may get:
- Sh. 50 for 1199 points
- Sh. 100 for 1999 points
3. Devices
Telkom Kenya customers who have accumulated Ziada points can exchange them for various devices offered by the telecommunications company.
Here are some of the devices one may get:
- Kaduda 4G for 77500 points
- 4G Mi-Fi router for 124,975 points
- 4G CPE Router for 249,975 points

You don’t need to register separately for Ziada points. You will automatically start earning Ziada points if you are a Telkom Kenya network user.
