The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has released a list of Nairobi roads motorist should avoid in case of heavy downpours. The roads include:
1). Langa’ta Road especially around T-Mall, Muhoho/ Popo Road junction,
2). Muhoho Road at Ngong River crossing,
3). Baricho Road,
4). Lusaka Road,
5). Jogoo Road near Makadara Law Courts,
6). James Gichuru Road at Olenguruone junction near Convent Drive junction,
7). Marcus Gurvey/Chania Avenue junction,
8). Kipevu and Ushirika Road junction,
9). Jakaya Kikwete Road at the outlet of main drainage from Department of Defence
10). Lenana Road near the DoD gate.
