Co-op Bank Opportunities: One of the key elements in business and career growth is training. In both entrepreneurship and employment, training presents a prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base of both the employer and the employees.

Currently, Yusudi, in partnership with Co-op Bank Foundation, is offering a three-month free training program dubbed Jijali. The program is open for any keen learner looking to grow their job and business skills.
“We aim to challenge you to stand out in the 21st century market by training you in competitive skills such as problem solving, pro-activeness and self-learning. This will help you jump start your career and help you throughout the rest of it,” says Co-op Bank in a statement.
There are two tracks in the training thay you can decide to join:
1. Entrepreneurship Track
In the entrepreneurship track, you will get the tools and knowledge you need to turn your idea into a real business. “We will focus on ensuring it is an idea that people want, that it is sustainable and help you build steps to start creating it,” says Co-op Bank.
2. Career Track
In the career track, you will be trained on how to grow competitive skill sets that employers are looking for and that will make you stand out. “We will go from applying for a job to getting a permanent offer and growing alongside your employer,” Co-op Bank says.
