The holiday season is almost here. To crown it, DT Dobie is set offer motorists with free service checks in a fresh campaign it has dubbed as ‘Panga Safari’.
The campaign will cover twenty seven points, and will benefit Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Jeep and Nissan owners. “We are looking at assisting motorists avoid roadside problems over the holiday season,” says DT Dobie in a statement to Bizna Kenya.
The Panga Safari service campaign will close on November 16.
“Customers taking advantage of the free check-up who decide to carry recommended maintenance and repairs will benefit from a 20 per cent discount for spares and a 15 per cent
reduction for labour charges,” the statement adds.
The maintenance inspection will include checking of the engine running condition, inspecting all the vehicle’s electrical systems, checking the car’s suspension, shocks and bushes.
The attention of the vehicle owners will be drawn to fuel, oil and water leaks and there will be a careful check of the brakes, steering mechanism and general underside of the vehicle.
