Co-operative Bank will today hold an interactive session on Twitter with its customers.
The session will be held between 3pm and 5pm. According to a statement from Co-op Bank, the interactive session will provide consumers and opportunity to learn more about Co-op Bank’s digital mobile banking app, MCo-op Cash.
“We shall be demystifying the Co-operative Bank’s MCo-op Cash Mobile App, by helping our customers make maximum use of the services available on it,” said a statement from the bank.
It will be conducted by Co-operative Bank’s head of mobile banking Vincent Wakaba.
The new app by co-operative bank allows users to access banking services from the comfort of their smart phones.
Interestingly, the app has loan provisions, with users getting up to 150 per cent salary advancement of their net pay.
