Nairobi floods: The destruction from the on-going heavy rains are yet to end. On Saturday afternoon, a number of high class vehicles were destroyed outside the Serena parking area after storms brought down trees.
The trees fell straight on the vehicles.
A Toyota Crown appeared to have been grievously affected as it was nearly flattened.

It is not only cars that have fallen victim to the on-going Nairobi floods. Schools have been closed, streets become impassable and even roads closed. On Friday, Mombasa Road was closed after River Athi broke its banks.
Residents of the Green Park Estate were evacuated after their houses were submerged by the floods.
The current Nairobi floods have raised questions on whether the country’s capital city has any running sewerage system.
Shockingly, it appears that the current rains are not being harvested and water rationing will resume soon after the rains are gone.
