Auto Expo 2019: Peter Wanday, the Chairman of the Alfa Romeo Owners Club, has confirmed that the allocation of spaces at this year’s Auto Expo starts on Wednesday (June 19th) at 5.30 p.m. in the Panafric Hotel.
Auto Expo is an informal country style showcase for Kenya’s motor industry organized by the Alfa Romeo Owners Club. The event caters for vehicle franchise holders, agents for accessories, motor vehicle spares, fuels, lubricants, tyres and wheels.
Among the companies already listed are DT Dobie, Toyota Kenya, Nissan Kenya, Radbone Clark, Pipeman, and Total Kenya Limited. The motor trade will exhibit a selection of new passenger vehicles, Pipeman will put on show an extensive range of exhaust systems and Total will display car and motorcycle lubricants.
For the past 22 years the event has been held in conjunction with the CBA Concours d’Elegance and this year’s edition is scheduled for September 29th at the Nairobi Racecourse.
The participating companies have the opportunity to showcase products and services to the large crowd of motorists who flock the Nairobi Racecourse for the annual Concours which is rated as the classiest event on the Kenya motoring calendar. Spectators divide their time between watching the judging of classic and vintage cars and motorcycles with viewing the latest cars , SUVs, 4 X 4s and pick-ups available in Kenya.
