Matiny Limited is a company that is owned by Deputy President William Ruto. This company mainly deals with real estate and hospitality. It was incorporated in 1996.

Since 2015, this company had been leasing 170 apartments to the National Police Service. From these leases, the firm is reported to have raked in millions in cash.

In 2018 though, Ruto’s Matiny Limited lost this lucrative leasing deal with the National Police Service. The company was one of the over 100 companies that received notice from the National Police Service about the termination of the house leasing deal.
