Jumia is currently marking its sixth anniversary. And during this year’s celebrations, the online retailer has lined up a series of discounts and offers. Currently, Jumia has struck a deal that will see shoppers buy 20 packs of Heineken and Amstel at Sh. 1,000. This is a bargain from the normal price of Sh. 3,000.
This sale will be happening daily during the Flash Sale dubbed Heineken Party. “Every day at 12 noon, Heineken and Amstel 20-packs will be on sale on Jumia’s website for only Sh. 1,000,” says Jumia in a statement. In the first minute of the flas sale, Jumia is selling over 5,000 packs of Heineken and Amstel.
Apart from this sale, the Jumia Anniversary is also featuring deals on over 1.5 million products, with discounts of of up to 60 per cent. “These discounts cover categories such as electronics, groceries, fashion, beauty among others and across brands such as Huawei, Pampers, LC Waikiki and Samsung,” says Jumia.
Interestingly, in contrast to the longer lasting flash sales, the “Heineken Party” Flash Sales will last for just a few minutes. This is mainly due to the high demand. This means that only customers with the fastest connection tools will secure the deal before stocks run out each day.
