Jambojet suspends flights to Kigali, Entebbe over coronavirus

Jambojet Flights Kigali: Budget airline Jambojet has suspended flights to Kigali and Entebbe over the coronavirus pandemic. The suspension is the latest sign of impending tough economic times as the rampaging virus grinds economies to a halt. Here is a statement from Jambojet announcing the suspension:

“Over the past few weeks, there has been a global spread of the Covid-19 which has resulted in a decrease of airline passengers, especially on international flights.

As a result, Jambojet has decided to suspend its services to Kigali, Rwanda, and Entebbe, Uganda with immediate effect.

We would like to assure all the booked passengers that we shall make the necessary arrangements to accommodate them on alternative flights.

Our flights to local destinations namely Malindi, Ukunda, Mombasa, Kisumu, and Eldoret will continue to operate as scheduled.
