Papa Shirandula Net Worth: Charles Bukeko, popularly known as Papa Shirandula, died on Saturday July 18. He died while undergoing treatment at the Karen Hospital after contracting the deadly coronavirus. “It is sad he didn’t make it out of the hospital alive. He had tested positive for Covid-19. We are devastated,” Shirandula’s brother-in-law Ronald Wanyama said. He added that Shirandula experienced difficulty in breathing before he was rushed to the hospital.
